The hotel is more like an Airbnb but BETTER! It was beautiful and spacious, and the rooms were extremely well appointed. The common area on each floor also had wonderful amenities to include a shared refrigerator, a high end espresso coffee machine and ice maker. Plenty of room to spread out and hang out the next time we visit. The property manager, Lola, was also SUPER nice and accommodating especially when there was a mixup with our booking. She immediately fixed the problem and made our stay even that more enjoyable. I will stay here next time I am in MKE.

I liked the cardless entry, the washer and dryer was available on the same floor where my room was, there is functional gym. They had basic massive fridge to store food and oats, vegan milk and cornflakes, coffee machine, tea making, utensils, gas, dishwasher, oven, toaster, grilling machine. It felt like home. For washer and dryer they have high tech new machines and no charge unlike other places i stayed they didnt charge for cleaning and gave washing tide pods also for free. This was amazing.

Modern big tall ceilings with big bathrooms. Each floor had a commune kitchen and living room space if you like that sort of thing. Great for wedding party to rent out the units and use it as a big family space.

I loved the communal area that you walk right into and that there is coffee and a fridge provided. I was only there for a quick last minute over night stay so just to sleep but loved that there was plenty of space to get work done if needed. The restaurant below is also REALLY good..I had gone to brunch there that morning before knowing I was going to book a room here. It was so chic and modern and felt very private. I also liked the security of having to type a code to get into the building AND to use the elevator to go up to your floor. I felt very safe.

The location is perfect. Close to lots of food and local attractions, like Third Ward, Lake Michigan, Public Market, etc. Loved the common spaces on each of the floors, the only downside is the first floor doesn’t have one, but you’re able to use the other floors, they just don’t provide you a fridge container to mark for your room. The property has so much charm! Our first floor room had 16 foot ceilings and beautiful arched windows that looked out over the street.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kinn Guesthouse in Milwaukee, WI with my husband and daughter, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped into our room, we were impressed by the beautiful and immaculately clean accommodations. The common areas, including the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces, were simply phenomenal. They boasted a stunning modern design with technological features that made cooking and dining feel like a dream. The laundry facilities were a great convenience, allowing us to ensure all our clothing was clean before heading back home. Despite the staff being rarely seen physically, they seemed to work like magic behind the scenes, ensuring that the facilities were spotless and providing thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and breakfast items readily accessible in the kitchen. I particularly appreciated the efforts of the staff in maintaining cleanliness, especially in the kitchen areas where some guests were not as considerate. The staff's diligence in ensuring these spaces remained clean for the enjoyment of all guests did not go unnoticed. To anyone considering a visit to Milwaukee, I highly recommend Kinn Guesthouse. It truly is a wonderful establishment, and I can assure you that I will be making it my accommodation of choice on my next trip back to the city

My wife & I were visiting Milwaukee to attend a Greta Van Fleet concert at the FiServ Arena and to sightsee. I chose Kinn GH due to its good reviews & central location. Our room was attractive with high ceilings and comfortable bed. The hotel had a neat setup on each floor, with rooms on the perimeter and a central gathering space for breakfast or socializing. We took advantage of low priced overnight parking just southeast of Kinn, rather than the valet service. The location WAS fantastic. it was very centralized to Milwaukee attractions. We walked to the Historic 3rd Ward with its great restaurants and shopping. We also walked the Riverwalk down to the Pabst Theater, City hall (beautiful interior and exterior) and Grohman Art Museum. We WILL stay at the Kinn Guesthouse on our next Milwaukee getaway.

Great location, great facilities, and friendly staff welcomed us at the valet stand upon arrival. The decor was fantastic and we loved the high ceilings. The common room on the second floor was a cool perk as well, and we loved the restaurant in the lobby for breakfast.

Everything. It was absolutely beautiful!! The kitchen area is shared like a hostel just FYI (I didn't look that closely into the booking beforehand). Everyone was clean and respectful though. Location was ideal, I walked everywhere. I enjoy slow mornings so my car that I valeted was waiting for me on Michigan Street at 10:50am! It was $35 for people wondering how expensive valet is from other reviews. I was moving from a work assignment and had my car packed FULL and they kept it safe for me so it was well worth the money!! Where valet parks is covered, locked, and monitored by security.

Fantastic location walkable to downtown, Third Ward and Summerfest areas. The room was comfortable with beautiful furnishings. The guesthouse set-up was a nice change from a typical hotel accommodation. The common space and kitchen amenities like coffee machine were lovely. The door security technology and mobile valet system were modern and easy to figure out. Staff and owner were friendly and welcoming.
